Refunds & Returns Policy

All our products are made to order using print-on-demand providers (Printful, Printify, and Tapstitch). Because of this, we do not offer returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse, incorrect sizes, or change-of-mind purchases. Please double-check your order details before checking out.


Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receiving your item at nastyjeffers808@gmail.com with clear photos and a description of the issue. We will submit a claim with our production partner and resolve the issue with a replacement or refund at no cost to you.


Non-Returnable Items
Due to the custom nature of print-on-demand products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item is misprinted, damaged, or defective.
All sale items and gift cards are final sale.


European Union Customers
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days, but this does not apply to personalized or made-to-order products, which includes our merchandise. Exceptions are only made for damaged or defective items.


Refunds
If your refund is approved, it will be automatically processed to your original payment method. This can take up to 10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer. If it's been over 15 business days, please reach out to us at Nastyjefferssocials@gmail.com
